I would not be here without the Lord.

From a homeless mother to a seven-figure restaurant owner.

StuffedEnuff began in my father’s home. He helped me get started and used to help me cook. His support is part of the foundation of this business, and I will always honor those beginnings.

I would not be here if it weren’t for the Lord. My journey is a testimony to His grace, and I give all glory to God for bringing me through, opening doors, and allowing me to build something with purpose.

I built StuffedEnuff around food, people, and purpose. My faith is at the center of how I lead and how I serve. I create the recipes, set the standards, and care about what leaves the kitchen—because every plate has my name behind it.

For me, great food is only part of it. Respect, integrity, and taking care of people matter just as much. Whether you’re stopping by for lunch or bringing us to your next gathering, I want you to leave filled to the full.
